The Ramblers HQ are looking for nominations for your favourite walk – details are here<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This is what their notice says…<\/p>\n

“Send us a picture of your chosen path, along with why you love it, and you could win a \u00a3200 voucher to spend at Cotswold Outdoor. Plus, your path will be displayed on a billboard during National Walking Month 2025 for all to admire.<\/p>\n

“And that\u2019s not all: every single entrant will also receive a discount code for 20% off instore at Cotswold Outdoor!”<\/p>\n

Now I have to admit the thought of a favourite walk did make me ponder for a few moments, as I really have loved so many of the walks we have been on.\u00a0 But then I thought, hang on, there are a lot of details of past walks on our website.\u00a0 I mean there were 10 articles on walks in August alone listed on the home page\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

These walk reviews cover the last three years (there is even an index to the 2021 walk reviews here<\/a><\/span><\/strong>) and if you want to see details of any particular walk just use the search box top right.<\/p>\n

How the competition works<\/h2>\n

Once you have a photograph of the path you would like to nominate, upload it and tell us why you\u2019ve chosen it. Then hey presto, you\u2019ve entered the competition.<\/p>\n

All entrants will receive a confirmation email with a discount code to use at Cotswold Outdoor.<\/p>\n

The competition will be open until 23:59 on Sunday 8 September. Our team of expert judges will then whittle down the entries to a shortlist of eight, one for each of our eight locations: North East England, North West England, Midlands, East England, South West England, South East England, Wales and Scotland.<\/p>\n

Those eight will be put out to a public vote and the winner will be crowned Britain\u2019s Favourite Path. Good luck!<\/p>\n
