Then we observed this lady wizzing along on her mower on a parallel path.<\/p>\n<p>We stopped and chatted to her, so found out that she\u2019s the Footpath Officer for Rutland County Council.<\/p>\n<p>She recces the paths earlier in the year, then goes out with her ride-on mower to keep them trim.
